Nigel runs Thompson Strategy Works, UK marketing partners for The Sales Activator®. Following success in senior marketing, sales, general management and then senior consultancy roles both in the UK and internationally,
Nigel founded Thompson Strategy Works in 2001 to realise a long held ambition to provide one to one, tailor made strategic marketing and sales development solutions to organisations across the UK.
Nigel is focused on the expansion of The Sales Activator® across the UK as well as providing strategic advice, implementation workshops and support training and consulting to client organisations.
Karen Wroe
Karen spent many years in corporate management training, designing and delivering modular training programmes for a diverse range of audiences. Karen’s project management and co-ordination skills help to ensure our
programmes are created and implemented in a timely, efficient manner.
In addition we work with a number of established highly effective sales and management trainers, each with an impressive track record in delivering engaging learning experiences. We are able to bring this experience to bear on a variety of projects according to
each client’s needs.
Nikki Owen
Nikki is the 'brains' behind the astounding Sales Activator® system. Nikki is the founder and Managing Director of Trainique Limited who has dedicated the last 14 years to the development of sales managers and
salespeople for many large international organisations.
Nikki's clients have been astounded with the results they've achieved from her innovative, barrier breaking solutions. She has used this wealth of experience to develop a groundbreaking new sales development system called The Sales Activator® which has won
universal acclaim for changing the face of sales development by some of the world's biggest organisations.
Gillian Tinney
Gillian is Managing Director of CleverDotSolutions, Master Distributor of The Sales Activator® for UK and Ireland. "Creativity and innovation are the hallmarks of our approach", says Gillian, "We were attracted to The

Lorraine Foley
Lorraine is the Brand Manager for The Sales Activator® and handles the support for our Distributors and Partners globally. Lorraine has been with Trainique since 1991 and has worked her way through a range of
responsibilities including managing the accounts, production co-ordinator and management, plus setting up the back office systems.
The importance of Lorraine's role can best be described as the 'anchor' to a creative and sometimes 'whacky' team, and is involved in all the company's major decisions.
Bill Jeckells
Bill is the graphic design guru that has added a touch of pure magic to The Sales Activator® brand, and has been working with Trainique since the company was formed back in 1991. He studied at Central St Martin's in London before working his way up through
agencies as both designer and illustrator. Bill's role (up until the birth of The Sales Activator®) was to provide the creative design and thematic treatments for Trainique's client programmes, providing a major competitive advantage when pitching in a
competitive situation.
